Shipping conditions
How long does delivery take?
Your order will take 1–2 business days to process (excluding weekends and holidays). Standard shipping then typically takes 6–8 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
How much are the shipping costs?
At Becker-Boutique, shipping is free for all orders – regardless of the order value.
My order hasn't been delivered yet, and the delivery time has passed. What should I do?
Please first check the tracking link you received by email. Please note that processing your order takes 1–2 business days before it is shipped. If the delivery time has been exceeded, please contact us at info@becker-boutique.com – we will take care of it as quickly as possible.
Which countries do we deliver to?
We currently ship to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the United States of America (USA).
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
Did you make a mistake with the address? Please contact us within 24 hours by email at info@becker-boutique.com . If your order hasn't been processed yet, we may still be able to correct the address.
Returns and cancellations
I made a mistake when placing my order – how can I change or cancel it?
Once you've placed your order, we'll immediately begin sorting and packing. If you'd like to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at info@becker-boutique.com . After that, no changes can be made.
I received a defective product – what should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please send us an email to info@becker-boutique.com as soon as possible with photos and a brief description of the problem. We'll do everything we can to find a suitable solution quickly.
Not satisfied with the size or color?
Please contact our customer service by email at info@becker-boutique.com or via our contact form so that we can find the perfect solution together.
How can I return an item?
You can return new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
Send your return request by email to info@becker-boutique.com or use our contact form. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.
Once your return has been approved, we will send you detailed instructions. Returns without prior notification cannot be accepted. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
How do I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the amount via the original payment method. The refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Other questions
I received the wrong product or the wrong size – what should I do?
We are very sorry! Please send us an email to info@becker-boutique.com immediately upon receipt of your order, including your order number, a brief description of the problem, and (if possible) photos of the item. We will ensure that you receive the correct product as quickly as possible or work together to find a suitable solution.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay securely with PayPal or with a credit or debit card from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express.
I won't be home for the delivery – what happens then?
No problem! In most cases, your package will either be left with a neighbor or taken to a collection point near you. Check the tracking link in your shipping email for the latest information and instructions from the shipping provider.
